[NTLUG:Discuss] Qtopia Beta5 on Zaurus - Calendar FooBar!?!? - Don't Upgrade!?

As much as I'm a fan of what the Qtopia guys/gals are doing with the Desktop
Interface...the most recent Beta (Beta 5 - with Jan 2003 build date) has
some calendaring 'issues'.

They recently released Beta5 (inconjuntion with their website overhaul -
http://www.trolltech.com ) which I was hoping would correct some buggy time
issues (you create an item for 5-6pm and it re-writes the time on Desktop
display - but shows the right time when editting - I'm sure it's a TimeZone
issue) in the calendar.

When I updated to Beta5 and trying to restore the empty data from my Zaurus
to the desktop - it, instead, wiped the data out of my Zaurus - not a happy
camper, but I knew I had made a copy (of the local data from c:\Documents
and Session\user\.palmdesktop) of it on another machine....but wouldn't you
know - when I tried to update from other machine - the Sync would fail in
the Calendar section - Merging Data at 11%

I've been able to go back to Beta4 on my desktop's....so that I haven't lost
data there...BUT, can't sync to Zaurus.

So, if you're considering Beta5 - MAKE SURE YOU BACKUP YOUR Z....and let me
know if you've had success.
