[NTLUG:Discuss] ISDN ISP?

I have ATT cable. I couldn't get DSL here because of distance (all I could
get was IDSL). I went to the ATT web site and it used my address and zip
code to check eligibility. It said cable wasn't available at my address. I
called ATT directly and found that out that it was indeed available -- the
web site was plain wrong. If interested, just call ATT.
ISDN is more expensive than ADSL or cable and if they have to run a line to
your home or install an ISDN switch (or some kind of equip) then you will
pay for that too. That was what I was told when I was shopping around for
high speed 'NET access. IDSL is 144 up and down ; ISDN is 128 up and down.
You may be better off with IDSL if you can't get ADSL or cable.
Hope this helps :o)

Subject: [NTLUG:Discuss] ISDN ISP?
I am wanting to get ISDN at my house as nothing else is avaiable here.
My main requirement is that they allow the use of VPN. Anyone have
experiance with an ISP good or bad.
Thanks
Eric
