I searched a bit for a resource for redhat directly but I was anot able to
find anything. Here is something that might allow you to follow the
suggestions of the error message though.

Subject: [NTLUG:Discuss] Problem installing PCB
I'm trying to get some electronics design programs onto my laptop and
have successfully installed Xcircuit and Eagle but also wanted PCB. In
trying to install PCB I've ran into a snag. I have RH7.3 but seem to be
missing xmkmf and don't have imake either and don't quite know how to
solve these deficiencies.
Here is the part of the instructions [for PCB] that I'm stuck on:
===============================================
2. Run 'xmkmf -a' to create the Makefile or if you don't have it
imake -DUseInstalled -I<X11 config directory>
make Makefiles
make includes
make depend
Don't care about warnings at this time.
=============================================
Results of trying to comply with above instructions:
============================================
$ xmkmf -a
bash: xmkmf: command not found
$ imake -DUseInstalled -I /etc/X11
bash: imake: command not found
============================================
Have downloaded 'setup_imake.jar' but don't have jar archiving tool to
unpack it.
I've yet to find jar. ..... Any help most
appreciated.
