Hello all.

I'm looking at a possible move to the NE Dallas area for a job located
near 635 and 75.

What are good high speed internet options? Considering Sache, Allen,
Plano as possible locations for purchasing a home. Are DSL and/or cable
modem available? I'd prefer an option with at least one dedicated IP and
that allows running server services (Linux based of course ;-).

Some of you may have heard of me. If not, you should go try BZFlag. ;-)
It's an Open Source, OpenGL, multiplayer, multiplatform "battlezone"
capture the flag tank game.

I'm fairly active with some of the Utah LUGS here:

I'm often online as TimRiker on irc.freenode.net and irc.oftc.net (like
now for instance ;-)

Does NTLUG have an IRC hangout?

Are there any other debian developers out there?

I've presented at many of the local LUG meetings and if the move happens
I'd be eager to help out with NTLUG as well. I'm speaking at OLS if
anyone is headed there:

Are there any other LUGs in the Dallas area?

More reading material for the curious:

or just Google for "tim riker" ;-)
