Hi Chris,

I get the digest version of ntlug news, and so hadn't seen your post
until just a few minutes ago.

Thanks very much for the additional info. Rob's info was very helpful, and
yours
added a number of points to fill in some gaps. I had been in menuconfig
when I
created my bloated kernel, so that works fine, but xconfig bombed out; oh
well.
