[NTLUG:Discuss] OT- What DSL router do you recommend?

I've got a Cisco 675 at present, the 678 is what QWest still ships. Mine
overheats from time to time, the NATing messes with DNS replies so you
can't effectively run a DNS server behind one. The NATting is extremely
slow from the inside (ie: hitting your own public IP).

I picked up a SpeedTouch DSL modem on eBay but I'm not yet using it. My
current line is CAP and the SpeedTouch only does DMT.

I wish I could find an internal DSL modem that had good Linux drivers.
I'd then load ppp over ATM drivers or whatever the ISP required and be
able to sniff raw packets for debugging.

eBay is probably your best bet. ;-)
