I think I got mine from http://anubis.gravity.psu.edu
(I think we have the real mccoy around here somewhere... )
I use the config file they gave us for Windows.
Then I just...
# /etc/init.d/vpnclient_init start
# vpclient connect '<name-of-your-config-file-minus-extension>'
(and then authenticate with SecureId... or whatever you use)
