This is one of the things I like about Webmin.  It has an interface that 
will let you run command lines from it.  You can either get a shell or 
just run full command lines and it'll echo back stdout.

Nice mix and you don't need to fuss with getting a remote shell to do 
remote admin work.  I haven't tried a headless server but it should be 
perfect for that.  My non workstations have video and are hooked to a 
KVM even though I rarely turn on that monitor except for upgrades.
