I can do that just fine with Mozilla 1.3beta, and with Konqueror (ver. 3.0.4
on KDE 3.0.5) too. The top-level navigation now looks like:

Home > Regional > U.S. States > Texas > Metropolitan Areas > Dallas/Fort Worth
Metro > Business and Shopping

JVM won't matter as I see no Java applet there, but my plugins/java2/README
says I'm running 1.3.1. I do see JavaScript in the page source, so maybe
you've run into a JS bug in Moz 1.1? It would be weird for Konq to have the
same problem, but I guess it's possible. I'd be more inclined to say you've
found a "problem" in a system library that both of them use.

If you want, I can send you the page source for you to put on your HD, then
try to display that and see if you have a problem. If so, then you could
slowly cut out small pieces of the HTML until you find that part that causes
it to work (or fail depending on how you look at it). FWIW, "weblint" does
think there are a few non-standard issues with the page.

HTH,
Kevin
