I added the -X to the /etc/rc.d/rc.sshd and it is working fine now.
Thanks for  the help, for some reason I remember having to to something
to an authentication file to get this to work before when I had this
problem, but I dont think the version I was using used Keys for
authentication, so maybe thats where I was confused. Never the less, it
is working now, thanks again for your help.
