I use dyndns.org if that's what you're talking about.  My ip address does have 
a reverse lookup and this is what AOL is keying upon to block it.  I'd think 
that there would be a way to direct sendmail to send only aol.com to Comcast's 
server.  Maybe I'll just have to wade into the rulesets.
