I've been thinking about switching from a static IP DSL service provider
over to a cheaper package from Verizon that uses only dynamic IP,
because I'd been told that you could still run a mail server and web
server using dynamic IP.  It sounds like your mail is getting rejected
just because its coming from a dynamic IP.  Yikes!  I guess I'd better
hold off switching over to the (much cheaper) dynamic IP arrangement.
