Then as someone else said, you're out of luck.  Or at least I can't think of 
any way with just HTML.  Unless you can find a site/page that somehow does 
this, then redirect them there.  A redirect can be done with plain HTML. 
Though where you redirect them would probably have to use Javascript, so 
you've only pushed the problem out a level. :-/
