I have been using Evolution for about a month now.  I accessed my acount
with IMAP and then I installed Connector and it worked great with our
exchange 2000 server.
The biggest problem I had was when all 5000+ messages in my
account were expunged via IMAP after installing Connector.
I NEVER got a response from Ximian support.  Ximian sales 
responded after I sent word of my plight to them.  
I received a refund for Connector.  I'm still using Evolution because
I really like the feel of it and it hasn't crashed since then.
The search feature is pretty cool and simple to use.
