You can also find this online.  The electronic version (at least the 1 I got, 
includes only the even numbered chapters, which are the technical/how-to ones. 
  The odd number chapters are the philisophical ones.  I thought that was 
pretty nice of them.  I note the 2nd edition is now available there; and it 
seems to have all the chapters in it.  Better still, it has yesterday's date 
in the README, so your query is very timely. :-)  You can find this at
