I searched the IBM website and found no mention of the lawsuit.
What does that say?

It is just another chain on the GATES to hell.    Some businessmen 
aren't happy playing with others.
They want to play alone.   That is where I hope we find Darl McBride. 
(CEO of SCO)   when this is all over.
