[NTLUG:Discuss] Configure sendmail not to send delivery failure notices

Is it possible to configure sendmail not to send delivery notices to
certain domains?

For example, some spammer sends to joe at mydomain.com and has the return
address as notaspam at yahoo.com.
Well joe at mydomain.com doesn't exist, so sendmail being the helpful MTA
that it is, sends a delivery failure report to notaspam at yahoo.com.
Then Yahoo, with the helpful MTA that they have, sends a Delivery
Failure to postmaster at mydomain.com.

What I am looking for is a way to turn off the delivery failure messages
for either a specific domain, or if thats not possible, then turn them
off entirely.  As the postmaster, I get tons of these every day and
would love for them to stop.
