SCO's reply seems to indicate that they do not in fact own these Patents or
copyrights, but are in litigation with IBM over "breach of contract" It seems
that would mean that the only people SCO can harass are those with SCO contracts
including IBM, SUSE, HP, Sun, and SGI (if they have not dropped theirs already).
That would make their threats against Red Hat, and 1500 other companies harmless.
