If you don't mind spending some $$$$'s and you have a hefty machine
to put it on.

I have the CDs if you want to try it out before purchase.  Also, there
is an online demo (showing the web interface).

Assumes a dedicated machine is used for the task (installs UnitedLinux
and the necessary software).

Combined with Evolution on the client side, you should get something
very Exchange-like (BUT NOT A PERFECT SUBSTITUTE).
