Heh, that is really funny. I have been getting pounded with spam on the
email addy from my ISP. lol. They claim on their site that I can run a
mail server. I guess I should contact them.

  telnet to port 25 on that machine.

  If it is refused, then your network provider is blocking port 25
access
at their routers to prevent spam.
