Howdy,
   Well I could not get in, but this did lead me to the right person to 
ask.  The root password was not blank, but it did print off a warning 
message with the phone number for their tech center.  The router is owned, 
as it turns out, by the ISP and they don't allow anyone else in.  But, they 
were very cooperative and said they would make any port changes I 
needed.  They even told me how I could get a 5 static IPs from them for 
free.  I would have liked to be able to examine the community strings 
myself to see they were done right, but I got most of what I needed.   So,
