[NTLUG:Discuss] fstab entry for a Windoze partition

Hi guys. I just installed the latest version of Wine (wine-20030508) on
my computer running RH 8.0 and noticed that it didn't recognize the
Windoze partition because it didn't find an entry for it in the fstab.
I've wondered about that before...what is the correct entry for a Win98
partition in the fstab? When I was configuring this box, I never really
did understand that and, consequently, it never got added. Since Win98
is already installed on this machine anyway, I'd just as soon use the
native DLL's for the Windoze stuff I have on here and my understanding
is that the apps will use the native Windoze libraries and Wine will
basically interpret for Linux. True?

After I make the fstab entry, I can just remove the config file in .wine
and rerun the ./tools/wineinstall to set it up to run from the native
Windows partition, yes?

I appreciate your help. I'm trying to wean my wife off the Win98 box
and am setting up the Linux box to run the applications she's used to
from Win98 until I can show her a better way to operate. :)

Thanks again,

Wayne
