Howdy,
   I want to hear what Chris say, but I'll take a stab at this.  128 bits 
is secure enough today that the encrypted packets are fairly secure(i.e., 
either can be broken, but not n a timely manner with todays 
computers).  But,under a WEP system enough data is sent in the clear that 
someone listening can figure out how to get in.  So, it is the flawed 
environment that is the problem.  I understand that if your network has a 
low volume of traffic, you are probably still safe.  But if you use it 
much, it can be broken.
