MB     - ASUS A7N8X
CPU    - AMD XP2200+
RAM    - 512 MB PC2700, Crucial Technology
Video  - GeForce MX4 Tsi4800 (IIRC), Micro Star

Onboard sound, USB, Ethernet.

I have been wondering lately if the case could be causing a short or 
ground somewhere.  I've switched and swapped about every other part in 
this system (even PS) and just can't seem to eliminated anything.  The 
case is the only thing that has remained constant.  It does this with 
both motherboards that I've got.
