Hi,

I am looking for a portable C++ based solution on
MAC Linux and Windows all at once. The requirement is
such that the code should be the same but should run
on all platforms. The UI look and feel should also be
the same.

I'm exploring an option with GTK as it is available on
all platforms(for UI ofcourse). System specific code
will be written seperately I guess and then plugged in
to GTK in the forms of so's or something??. However, I
am still unclear with this. I am searchng for some
information on this.

Do you guys have any idea of any other solutions for
the above mentioned platforms. Also, include Solaris
in the list.

I know JAVA is the defacto standard but the sad part
is that the client wants a C++ based solution. These
US based clients are real nuts!!!

Thanks,
Harshal Vaidya.
