Check out why user 'richard' is unknown (assuming that you do have a 
'richard' account on your mail server).

You could add 'richard' to your access file, but I'd advise against that 
since anybody could just change their user name to 'richard' and use 
your mail server to E-mail anything. 

You might need to add 'richard at rhumphrey.com   richard' to your 
virtusertable although I don't think this is your problem.
