[NTLUG:Discuss] list etiquette

In most cases, if a list message is *not* top-posted,
I will delete it.  One of my pet peeves is an 
'I agree,' or 'Well said', etc. response bottom-posted
to a long message.  Netiquette aside, IMHO, 
top-posting is a GoodThing.
