The way I have seen this accomplished is to set up an access point in each building as a bridge and connect them to a Yagi antenna on the outside of the building via properly shielded cabling.  Then connect the bridges to the network within each building.  It's been a while since I have seen this so I am short on details of how to accomplish it.

Hopefully, this can get you pointed in the proper direction.
