Very interesting! were they amused :-P  ??

SHould a person have a license of some kind to do this
type of thing?

Do you have any idea what hardware would cost ?


Here is another question, In my area broadband is
usually not available and even a decent dialup
connection is sometimes not available.
Could an isp be setup simular to this ?
