I have to wonder if maybe SCO could be doing somebody else's dirty work 
for them.  While we know that one of the well used tactics a certain 
company employs is to drive the costs of doing business up via legal 
expenses.  But, as someone reminded me lately, they never do this in a 
direct face to face way.  They don't put troops on the front lines, but 
they sure do direct the battle.

Just a thought.
