I hadn't heard of having to export anything before either. I assumed it
worked as it does in mozilla - making a symlink from the mozilla plugins
directory to the jre plugin in the java subirectoy.

Speaking of which, I am having trouble getting this working in mozilla
1.4 with jre 1.4.2. The instructions say to use the jre 1.4.2 so I
downloaded and installed that and I created the symlink from the plugin
directory to the plugin per the instructions. However, there is no joy
on getting the plugin to work. Has anyone else had this problem and
know how to fix it?
