No, I am asking a Linux question in a Linux group. It just so happens
that the CD I am trying to burn is an XP CD.

Nope.

I have - I build a custom XP CD that bypasses the serial number, has
Service Pack 1 plus hotfixes integrated, McAfee Anti-Virus and other
applications. I can build it in Nero and XP and make it bootable as if
it were a factory CD. I just can't in K3B.

I am on a RH9 laptop as we speak. So how do I define the load segment
to 07C0 with no emulation and 4 loaded sectors in XCDRoast? I have
looked and see no such settings.

Not sure what this means.

I live in the real world - most of my paying clients use Windows. To
bury my head in the sand would cost me lots of money. I need to figure
this out. This is about the last thing keeping me from going 100% Linux
on my laptop. If I can't get past this, it's back to XP on the laptop
with Linux in VMWare. I'd rather not do that if I can avoid it.
