I have posted source RPMs for SpamAssassin and Spamass-Milter at 
ftp://mail.camerontech.com/pub/spam along with a sample sendmail.mc 
file (just add the contents of my sendmail.mc to yours and rebuild 
it using the directions at the top of the sendmail.mc file).

I am using this successfully in front of everything from Exchange 
to Notes to Linux servers.
