I have a cd recording question too.  I downloaded an "ape" file with a
"toc" file.   I found "mac" (monkey audio console) for linux to convert it
to a wave file.   I even tried converting the toc file to a cue file.
Regardless, when I try to burn these with cdrdao, it thinks the toc timings
run beyond the end of the wav file.    However as I play  the wav file with
xmms, it is clear that the toc timings are correct.

Sadly, the docs and website are just not helping.   Has anyone here done
this?
