I am planning to incorporate soon so i need something
to take care of that. As soon as i talk to an
accountant and find a lawyer i want to deal with...not
sure if i will just get information from lawyer and do
it myself or if i will let him do the incorporating
thing for me. I have even considered one of the online
incorporating factories.

I ran SpyBot and found 471 problems ( mostly adware
and cookies that may collect more info than they
claim) but claims to have fixed all but 2 which i have
to reboot so it can try them again since they are in
memory it says.

Thank You for the advice.
Tom
