Correct me if I'm wrong, but Caldera's initial purchase of SCO seemed to
be an incredibly stupid move from the start. Given the fact that Unix
has been dying a slow death for a long time anyway and combine that with
the growing capabilities and usage of Linux and Free BSD, how could
anyone in their right mind see any future in the market for SCO / Unix?
Could there be an issue that I'm totally ignorant of? Please enlighten
me if possible.
