[NTLUG:Discuss] Web-based Streaming Music Jukebox Server

I am looking for a web-based streaming music jukebox server ... uhm ... 
thingy.  There are a bunch out there so I wondered if anyone had any 
recommendations.

The specific feature that I am looking for is the ability to rate songs 
(1-5 or whatever) and then create a random playlist based on the 
ratings.  There seem to be a few that *almost* do what I want but I 
haven't seen one yet that sounds quite perfect.
