My isp recently changed phone numbers and this caused a problem
that seems very strange to me. I used kinternet with the old phone
number but it does not work with the new phone number. It says
ppp not enabled. However wvdial works fine.

Do any of you know what kinternet and wvdial do differently?

Can I configure kinternet so that it acts like wvdial?
