No offers or interviews.

What I noticed is that Computerjobs.com, Dice.com, and couple other
boards went from 1 or 2 new posts to over a dozen. And they are
developer and project lead type positions, not just support or admin.
Even more encouraging is that they are UNIX related with reasonable
salaries and rates, and not just MS VB/ASP/.NET low dollar entry level.

If you've watched the boards, new posts were showing up 1 or 2 at a time
and sometimes days in between. There seemed to be a little increase on
the 11th and then the 13th & 14th a mini flood. You need to look at the
date first posted to know when they were new to the list and not just
touched to keep them on top. I might be reading this wrong but I'd like
to think that I'm not.

I get a daily new listing e-mail from Mojolin and that would sometimes
stop showing up for 5-10 days at a time. Most of the jobs coming on
that have been Bangalore and India with a few in VA and sometimes CA but
not many TX. This morning it came with 10 Austin, TX jobs. I forwarded
it to the jobs list.
