Robert is a Linux guy and the technical person. If your having problems
it's nice to have someone on the other end that can read a tcpdump and
you can both compare source ports and destination ports on both ends
using the same tools ;) I'm not sure how much of their equipment is
running on Linux but it sounds like a lot of it.
When tech supports asks "what kind of system are you running?" and you
say Linux and they respond "Great", you know you're in the right
neighbourhood!!
