Microsoft is still hiding behind Linux (starting last weekend) because 
of the  MSBlaster worm attacks. The worm was supposed to launch a DDOS 
attack at the Windows update server on the 16th.  Fortunately for 
Microsoft the worm authors hard coded the Windows update ip address into 
the worm code. With DNS server redirection and Linux web site caching 
technology Microsoft was able to cope with the attack. Here is good
