Greetings
      Thanks for all of the suggestions on resising the partition on my 
Laptop. I have now partitioned my hard drive so I can have both linux 
and WXP.  Now I am having a problem getting linux to install.  I am 
installing RH 9.0.  At the boot prompt I have tried gui and text mode 
installs.  I have a trackball installed on my PS-2 port.  However Linux 
boots up and asks me if I want to verify the install media.  At this 
point the keyboard is dead!   I have tried this with and without the 
trackball.  Any else have a similar problem.
Hardware is:
HP Pavilion ZE4400  Athlon 2400 128MB memory, 20GB hd, 15" LCD, ATI 
graphics controller.
