work publicly, Stowell said. However, it won't take action until it's 
done more research on those businesses, he added."

IOW, there will be no letters by the end of this month.

This is a play to stay in the press and create more FUD, pure and simple.

If I am proved wrong, and someone has far more time and money to fight 
this the way it should be fought, I'd contact the Post Office.
