Clearly, this is all about inhibiting or injuring Linux or Linux 
development, in any way possible, and / or in ALL ways possible. The 
first and most obvious weapon is FUD. Another, not so obvious one, is 
sucking money out of Linux developers / providers. If the lawyers get a 
bunch of money, it translates to less the Linux vendors / developers / 
promoters have to produce / create / distribute Linux.

Didn't I hear someplace that Bill Gates' parents were copywrite 
attorneys something like that?
