GoldMine is a decent solution, but the GUI and app run 
on Win, not Linux.  The db can reside on a Linux box, 
but the users would need to be on Win PC's or you may 
want to toy with running it under Wine, etc...

Other major players are SalesLogix, Vantive and 
TeleMagic.  Not sure what platforms are supported 
there.
