Not nuts, just uninformed.  I've never worked in the tech sector, so I'm
not familiar with its ways.  I don't understand why any company would
accept such an arrangement.  You're saying that when U.S. companies
contract out programming jobs to foreign programmers, they don't receive
the resulting code in return -- when they presumably _would_ have
received it from an American programmer?  Count me confused.

Where can I find more information about this practice?
