Depends on the applications it's running.

Be aware that the standard upgrade from RH 7.2 to RH 9.0 provides Apache 
2.0 by default.  IIRC, RH is discontinuing upgrades to the 7.x series at 
the end of the year, and 9.0 has a pretty limited lifespan as well.

That being said, I recently upgraded one of my servers from 7.2 to 9.0 
and apache problems were the only bumps I encountered (mostly due to 
mod_perl for apache 2.0).
