Yes, thanks, that got me part of the way: (a) the printer no longer ask 
for A4 paper, and (b) almost all of the image is on the page - both 
great improvements.  I have run a test on another document though and 
found that it is completely on the page, so I suspect the report has 
some formatting problems.  Thanks again.
