Howdy Fred,
As you can see I am not in the office today, but have you went out to the
Dell site, and gotten the newest bios, and updated it? Those Dell Bios's get
tricky as hell, and I infact had to fight with a new server the other day. I
will be happy to look at it tomorow if you want. :) Check the bios versions,
and such, and try that. I will talk to you later. Good Luck
