OK, that seemed to wqork today, but when I was trying yesterday, I would
get an error restarting apache. I must have had a typo or something.
Seems to be loaded now from the info page. Thanks for the help.

OK, here is what I did.
I added 2 lines
LoadModule mysql_auth_module modules/mod_auth_mysql.so
AddModule mod_auth_mysql.c
It still does not show up under httpd -L (sorry, I mislead you on that
one) becasue it does not show what is being loaded at runtime. I
enabled the /server-info pages, and it does appear there after a restart
of httpd. See if that works for you.
